OK 1 The Characters File Size is so large because of the amounted skills.2 The Character is excellent but it would of been perfect if it would have had sasuno and Cv1 and Cv2.

Marko, the move works. You're just not pressing it right. Try pressing the buttons at the same time. If it still doesn't work, it means your puter aint processing fast enough; that doesn't mean that it's useless though, ok.
You missed some of the attacks and you gave the wrong combination for some of the attacks. For example, you missed his multi slash technique which is a hidden move. That's Y+C. Another example is where you said "D,F,B,x - Chidori from the Wall". The actual combination is F,B,X. Down is unnecessary. That goes for all the moves with Back-Forward or Forward-back combinations. I Figured out all his moves for all his modes. If you need any help, just inbox me. In the meanwhile, i'll try to draft a complete list of his moves for y'all and post it.
