Way too overpowered. If you want a proper match this is a horrible character. Why can't you use your good mugen character making skills to make balanced characters that won't teleport after a hit and can't kill people in a couple of explosions.
*sigh* ever try experimenting a bit when playing...that's what training is for. try pressing down+a,b,c,d,x,y,z,start down forward/back with all of then too you'll see how easy it and an I hope you all feel foolish^^
