He wasn't perfect. I got the file and tested it. Turns out that he had a major glitch that made him invincible. I corrected it and upgraded his stats, but i'm afraid I can't publish it cuz I don't have permission from the creator and the enhancements were for my personal mugen. Sorry guys...
