Use it in HR-Mugen, so it will be in right size. They released him to High Resolution mugen to make him look better. And also you can change the size with fighter factory.

And also guys, if you want better quality, use it on HR-Mugen, not in normal Mugen. I've tried it out, it needs some fixes but its still overall great char.

@Sennin because its not one of those "Chibi" chars. Are those only allowed to Naruto? No.
