orochimaru cant use sharingan itachi kicked his ass when he tried to take his then sasuke sealed him after he tried to steal his body (orochimarus a pedophile)but still,good imagination i rate this character 5/5
no he didn't in the manga and anime orochimaru tried to get the sharingan from itachi then itachi used tsukonomi on orochimaru then he left the akatsuki
