  I would say he has the order of the sprites all wrong its best to put all your shared palletes at the start and you not shared palletes at the back. placeing any shared pallates after not shared ussaly cancle out the pallete

  @Ringtail: I'm thinking maybe the creator was too lazy to add in all the sprites for Mileena or couldn't find them.

  Why does she look like Mileena, yet when you press an attack button, she flashes into the appearance of Kitana? The only time she looks like Mileena is if you leave her stationary.
