  No it doesn't. I tried to extract it with 7zip and it still doesn't work. You have to buy the ACE application to run it on your computer. I'm not doing that. I intend to keep MY mugen FREE.

  I can't open it. It's an ACE file. I only use 7zip. Can't you upload it in RAR or 7zip format?

  RAR an 7ZIP can open ACE files. &zip is free. google it
