  guess what guys im currently working on this character, the reason it doesnt work is because the animation file is blank, expect the character to be up again in about a week, also, i am not "Erradicator" the original creator,

  dude it's no use. whoever made this character isn't going to respond. i've been waiting a year just about for this file to be fixed. it would've been awesome to add him to my roster too. he is the only one i am missing :-(

  Plus trying the file as is just causes my MUGEN to crash.

  The file is messed up, it isn't downloading in its entity. I've tried redownloading multiple times and it stops at the same place. The file size is allegedly 1MB, but it stops at a littly under 400KB. T___T
