  if he doesn't work in your mugen then open the folder then u should see another folder that says the character's name like rukia then take everything inside outside into the character's main folder then do whatever u like with the empty folder but don't put him in the character's folder.if u did this correctly this should work

  Chibi is cool.And put him on my folder but he doesn't appear... I want to play with him he looks awesome and i need a guy like him i love him in the anime but he doens't appear at my mugen folder. What do i do?
