For those who want to run him in Winmugen, you might want to follow these steps: Make a copy of this character (for backup), open his .cns and .def file with a notepad, right click the .cmd file and Edit. Next, use the search function (ctrl F) type abs on the search, you'll search something like, absvel(...), remove everything you find like that in the cns, def and cmd file. It's because WInmugen doesn't have an absolute velocity function, I guess. It works for me, but I don't know about its future effects.
