Oh wait, you downloaded it from here instead of my site and never saw there is a FAQ you are supposed to read...that's why it's better to get your stuff from the author's page, you know?

  Because there's some people out there who used to watch this (obviously most girls) and would like to see it in the game.
Also Its been spoofed now-a-days so its currently famous. Seriously I used to watch it as a kid cause my mom liked it O_O It was obnoxious yes, also if you hate the english version, watch the japanese version which doesn't suck.

Apparently the English dub was what made sailor moon get bad critisism, not it as a whole.
Plus the detail on this is pretty good, don't hit the horse SinGoku, until you've given it a good try and a well organised reason.
