noooooooooooooooooooo he is VERY TOUGH. The only thing that can beat him is maybe another rare akuma, or This chars lol cheap arcadeboy.
And also, projectles from other chars always fly away whenever you hit rare akuma with them, his lazer attack turns you into some dessert, and he does substitution(like from naruto.).
So HE is TOUGH MAN!!!
I could think i alot of other things that makes him cheap.......
