1-extract the zipped file, put it in ur flash drive then install it on your Ps3

2-transfer roms to /dev_hdd0/game/FBAN00000/USRDIR/ROMS and if u dont know how then watch the video

-This Video shows u How to install Roms on to fbanext ps3 3-55 USRDIR rom path

it does and u can play ur mugen game on it as well but they are still developin that homebrew, it has some issues with sound and other things.
