Emulators in my possession: SNES, Sega Genesis, N64 and.......... my ULTIMATE grandaddymaster prized emulator that I LOVE OH SO SO MUCH:
MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator)!!!!!! -- YES.. a program that emulates actual COIN-OPERATED ARCADE games!!! Any other emulator is just "aiite" because there is NOTHING that can compare to the full force quality of coin-operated graphics and fun! MAME really does take emulation to a whole nother frikkin' level! Don't get too hyped up though--getting MAME roms to work isn't easy 1,2,3 like SNES/Genesis/N64 emulators. There are certain roms that are quite particular and difficult to figure out how to work properly... like some Neo-Geo & Capcom coin-op roms, for example. As a MAME noob, it took me almost 3 days to finally get Samurai Shodown V Special to play. BUt DAMN it's soo phoking worth it, guys! I have so much fun on coin-op games compared to snes or anything else.
MAME games obtained: Killer Instinct (one of my top favs--before finding MAME, I would have seriously killed to have an original arcade version of this! Full 3-d/2-d smooth coin-op quality--none of that SNES blotchy crap), Killer Instinct 2 (full coin-op rip), Metal Slug 3 (coin-op), Street Fighter II - Champion Edition[Rainbow Hack] (coin-op ONLY--good luck getting it to work properly!), Samurai Shodown V SPECIAL [UNCENSORED-YES!!! Full BLood/Gore/Finishes--good luck finding a legit rom for this and GOOD luck getting it to work LOL] (coin-op ONLY), Mortal Kombat 1 - 3 (full coin-op), Aero Fighers 1 - 3 (coin-op), Armored Warriors (Euro coin-op), Battle Toads (VERY FUN and bloody-coin-op), Captain America & The Avengers (asia coin-op), Captain Commando (coin-op), Puzzle Bobble/Bust-A-Move (coin-op), R-Type (coin-op), The Simpsons (classic 4 player coin-op), Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo (USA coin-op), and X-Men (classic 4-player coin-op)!
***So I'm wondering if anybody else on here also uses MAME or a coin-op emulator of the same caliber who would like to swap tips/tricks and MAYBE roms!
