Are you guys referring to Future Trunks by Ssonic & Dude?

Of course, that's the best Trunks ever made.

Like I said in the beginning, I think all dragonball Z characters should have at least one fatality, cause they kinda do in the anime/manga.

Then a lot of characters should have Fatalities as well. Not only DBZ chars have OMFG-like moves.

true, but I think only characters that have killed in their genre (manga/anime/games) should have fatalities.
DB- character die all that time.
MK- Naturally
Melty Blood - eyes of death, so them too
and others that fit the catagory.

I agree, but only those who have acutally killed someone, so yeah Kakashi would fit, so would Gaara Konkuro, Temari, Neji, Choji, Orochimaru... I forget the rest...

but my point, if a character has killed someone before, then that character should get a fatality.

Another alternative is a Special KO, where if the certain char like Kakashi's Raikiri kills an opponent rather then the opponent just falling down, he would spurt some blood first on Kakashi & then collapse

Hmm... Its actually easier to do Special KO's than Fatalities which use a different method (makes the opponent go into a custom state).

Guilty Gear doesn't make the opponent go into a custom state once their life is 1.
GG chars have destroy moves which surely kills the opponent in one hit.

Special KOs are moves which will KO the opponent in a certain way, lets say a Hadouken..
Normally it just hits the opponent, but if the move kill the opponent, the opponent will burn with blue flames surrounding them.
