Very close to finished on this one. Enjoy.

Major things left to do:
- See if I can think up another super.
- 1 special (and it's air version) left to make and see if I can come up with another. Currently on hold because I'm waiting for the fx to be ripped from the source.
- Sprite some custom Flash Step (Hirenkyaku) sprites.

Just use localcoord function and you can decrease his size (including explods).

I'm not sure what you mean. You mean like how "charge arrow" can be done with "D,F, x" or "D,F, y" or "D,F,z"? Because it's supposed to be like that. Almost all fighting game characters ever made are like that. And the specials will have different properties depending on which button is pushed.

D,F, x's projectile is slowest and does the least damage, D,F, z's projectile is fastest and does the most damage, and D,F, y's projectile is medium speed and damage. And "D,B, x" rains the arrows down a close distance from Uryuu, "D,B, y" rains the arrows down a medium distance from Uryuu, and "D,B, z" rains the arrows down a far distance from Uryuu. So I'm not sure what you mean by "why do you have the same specials using multiple commands?" because it's supposed to be like that.

Yeah sorry i meant supers.

All the supers do the same amount of damage and take the same amount of energy for all 3 buttons.

Oh my bad. Well it's supposed to be like that. Almost all characters are like this, and characters that do have a stronger version of a super usually have the command as pushing 2 of the 3 buttons (or sometimes all 3). Plus these particular supers don't really have anything different you could do for each button other than maybe speed but that seems a bit pointless.

Well thats what I'm saying, whats the point of having them if they don't do anything different?

Most games (cvs/kof/sf/etc) have it set up that way. Some people like to use "x" when performing supers, others prefer using "z" to perform supers. I myself don't always use the same button, for example if I just did a combo like "x" > "y" > "z" > "D,F,y" then sometimes I'll use "D,F,D,F,y" after it because my finger reflexes react faster using "y" in that situation. or if I didn't perform a combo at all and just want to use the super then I usually use "D,F,D,F,x", and I know other people that usually use "z" instead. Hope that explains the answer to your question.

Bumping this because of LordTobykim1106 pushing this topic way back where people won't notice.
